So I noticed this grocery store named Lidl popping up all over Atlanta. I did some research and figured out that this supermarket is based out of Germany, selling high quality goods at low prices. So I decided to visit my local Lidl grocery store to see what they have. To be honest I did not have any expectations whatsoever. Since the market sounded similar to Aldi (which is another German based supermarket) that I am not a fan of. Boy was I wrong.
Trader Joe’s is one of my favorite grocery stores. They have a lot of health foods / products that would be soo expensive at other grocery stores ( cough cough Whole Foods) at affordable prices. Also there customer service is amazing! So here is what I bought from Trader Joe’s.
I was starving but since I am not familiar with the area I wasn’t sure where to grab some breakfast. So I used good old google to look up restaurants and @starshinescafe pop up. Looked at Starshines Café menu and it was 5 minutes away from my location so off I went. Cute little cafe located in downtown McDonough. Conversed with the friendly staff a little bit.

This dish is packed with flavor, fills you up and only takes 20 minutes to make. This recipe is very simple and does not require a lot of ingredients. Best part its vegan!!!
It has already been a week and this is what I have noticed. Veganism is more then eating salads and lot of “vegan foods” are expensive.
