Steam Mussels Recipe

I LOVE MUSSELS!! They are so quick and easy to cook and most of all DELICOUS! So below is a recipe of Steam Mussels. You can thank me later :).


  • 1 1/2 lbs od Mussels ( wash mussels thoroughly)
  • 5 cloves of Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 TBSP of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of White Wine ( Personally I like using Sauvignon Blanc)
  • Salt and Pepper


  • In a large pan melt butter over medium heat
  • When butter is melted add minced garlic
  • Sautee garlic until it is soften ( about 2-3 minutes)
  • Add salt and pepper ( or use whatever seasoning you like)
  • Add mussels and white wine, cover will lid for about 5-10 minutes or until mussel open up

Voila!!! Enjoys The Mussels!!! ( You Will love the Broth!!!!
